  2. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how products are dispatched, shipped, and delivered to customers.

  3. We work with leading logistics providers to ensure secure and prompt deliveries nationwide.

TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  1. Dispatch & Delivery Time
    Orders are processed and shipped via third-party courier services. Delivery times are discussed at the time of placing the order. For delivery inquiries, contact us via email roopsingharjt167@gmail.com or +92 (304) 054 9994.

  2. Required Information
    To deliver your order efficiently, we need your accurate shipping address, contact details, and any helpful landmarks. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or failed delivery.

  3. Delivery Attempts
    If the initial delivery fails, our team will contact you for a second attempt (additional charges may apply).

  4. Delays
    Delays due to external factors like weather, holidays, or logistic challenges may occur. Customers will be notified through SMS, WhatsApp, or email with updated delivery timelines.

  5. Delivery Personnel
    We are not responsible for misconduct or errors by third-party delivery personnel. Disputes must be resolved between the customer and the delivery agent.

  6. Tracking for Out-of-City Orders
    After dispatch, customers receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp for real-time tracking through services like M&P. Delays in tracking updates may happen due to technical issues.

  7. Delivery Charges – Pakistan

  • Within City: PKR 199 Flat

  • Out-of-City (up to 3kg): PKR 299 (includes PKR 50 packing)

  • Additional Weight: PKR 50 per extra kg above 3kg

Order Timings:
Orders after 9:00 PM will be processed the next working day.


RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL
Roop Singhar JT does not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. Products meeting our quality and description criteria are not eligible for return.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  1. Quality Assurance
    All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch.

  2. Defect Notification
    Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via WhatsApp or email with order number, defect description, and photos/videos.

  3. Return Process
    Customer bears return shipping costs. Once returned, we will inspect the item and offer a suitable resolution.

  4. Thorough Investigation
    Every defect claim is evaluated with visual inspection and internal documentation.

  5. Refund or Replacement
    Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases. Most cases are resolved via replacement or store credit.

  6. Brand Discretion
    Roop Singhar JT reserves the right to decide the final resolution based on the defect claim.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Eligibility
    Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before they are processed or shipped.

  2. Timeframe
    Cancellation must be requested within the 24-hour window.

  3. Refund Method
    If approved, refunds are given as store credit valid for 3 months. Processing time: 7–14 business days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General
We do not accept returns/exchanges under normal conditions. Orders over PKR 25,000 (paid online or via card on delivery) require CNIC verification at delivery.

Exchange Policy
Defective products can be exchanged following defect verification. The customer covers return shipping.

Price and Content Accuracy
Prices and descriptions are subject to correction. Orders placed at incorrect pricing may be cancelled.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud concerns, pricing errors, or order limitations.

Delivery Charges

  • Up to 5kg: PKR 249

  • 5kg–10kg: PKR 500

  • 10kg–20kg: PKR 1000

  • Above 20kg: PKR 100 per additional kg

Delivery Timelines
Products are delivered only within Pakistan in the time agreed upon during order placement.

Payment Issues
